Intake

-1/2 cup of 2% milk
-1/2 cup of cereal
-1 orange
-1 banana
- 1/3 bolillo
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1/3 cup of rice
- 2 tbs of Mexican cream
- 1 1/2 cup of vegetarian enchiladas
- 1/3 Mexican cookie
- 1/3 bread pudding serving
- serving of netsquick cookies


Not sure how many calories everything added up to. I tired to cut my portions down. I was successful at some but not all attempts.

As tired and sick as I was today, I still managed through push through a 20 minutes cardio workout and a 2mile walk.

This time, I’m reporting calories burned not minutes at the gym.

- 350 calories on the elliptical
- 200 calories on the treadmill
- 150 calories on the machine that looks like an elliptical without the handles.

Total calories burned: 700


Intake

Breakfast:

  • Light Iced Coffee(50 cals)
  • Activia yogurt(110 cals)

Lunch:

  • light clam chowder(240 cals)
  • 5 crackers(60 cals)
  • 1 granola bar(100 cals)

Snack:

  • handful of doritos
  • 2 tablespoons of ice cream

Dinner:

  • salad-tuna, lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon of ranch
  • 1/2 dinner roll
  • 1 small avocado
  • serving of cheese

Total Calories: give or take 999-1300 calories


Intake Report

Breakfast:

  • 2 merengue drops
  • 1 Activia yogurt

Lunch:

  • 1/4 cup quinoa with bean sprouts
  • 3 chicken-less tenders
  • 3 cups of salad-romaine lettuce, a hard boiled egg, cranberries, croutons, balsamic vinaigrette 

Dinner:

  • 1 stuffed zucchini 
  • 1 whole tomato 
  • 3 Doritos 

Snack:

  • slice of cheese
  • 1/4 slice of bread
  • 1 merengue drop
