Thursday Workout Report:

Full body workout: focused on my legs, arms and back. I did over an hour of for sets of 15 reps each at each machine. I wish I knew the names of the machines that I used so I could write a better report. Time went by so fast. When I checked the clock, over an hour had gone through. I was going to work on my abs but I had to come home to study. 

Gym report

30 minutes on elliptical. Used an interval setting to spice things up.

40 minutes on the treadmill. I also spiced things up a bit by increasing the inclination and speed.

Couldn’t do weights. May be tomorrow I’ll stop by and work on my arms. Anyone has advice on which machines I should do?
